Franchise Owner & Selling Principal, David Coombes is an experienced, licensed agent in his 32nd year of real estate, successfully operating 25 years in Young and district. David is not just a real estate agent but a dedicated professional whose success and excellent reputation is significantly based on repeat and referral business from satisfied clients. David is a licensed real estate and stock & station Agent and also an experienced, accredited auctioneer. Notably David is a local Justice of the Peace (JP).

David is well known and respected not only in Young and Districts, but also throughout the central west, namely his home town of Blayney and also Cowra, where he commenced his real estate career with L.J. Hooker Cowra in 1994. David relocated to Young and purchased the L.J. Hooker Young Franchise in 2001 and was instrumental in changing the face of real estate in Young. David successfully built a formidable business through a professional and dedicated approach and focusing on exclusive and auction agency sales and specialised property management.

In 2008, David sold his business to become a Director & Partner in Ray White Young. In 2015, David purchased the Ray White Young business outright and immediately re-introduced Property Management which has flourished under his management.

In 2020 David integrated Ray White Rural into the business with immediate success, further strengthening their presence and brand across the Hilltops region, actively selling larger scale lifestyle and rural prioperties.

In June 2023 David opened his doors to Ray White Rural Harden reinforcing his teams commitment to the Twin Towns of Harden / Murrumburrah and increasing their local presence, in a market where they have enjoyed great success in recent years.

David has further expanded in December 2024, launching Ray White Rural Boorowa and aligning his Agency brand with the Hilltop Region's geographical footprint on the strengths and successes of the Ray White Young / Ray White Rural Young's broader team and businesses, which have dominated the region for the past decade.
