Rural Sales Specialist
Rachelle Barnett joined Ray White Rural in February 2020 as the Rural Specialist. Rachelle has a wealth of knowledge in selling rural properties around the Riverina for the past 6 years and servicing all size of acres from the smaller lifestyle properties up to the broad acres of grazing, cropping, irrigation and mixed farming with great success.
Rachelle has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales bringing with her a broad knowledge of leading edge and innovative marketing strategies that have been successfully proven to increase the amount of sales transactions per year and the increase in market trend for the areas she has serviced to date. Rachelle is a qualified Real Estate Agent and Stock and Station agent, she has completed studies at “Tocal” Maitland (NSW), completing certificate III in agriculture and Longreach Pastoral College (QLD) certificate IV in agriculture. Other business experiences include head trainer/rider for some of the top Warmblood and Sport Horse studs in Australia, banking and insurance sectors which have been very important in helping buyers in the purchase process of properties.
Rachelle moved to Young in 2019 after a thorough search of the Riverina to find a town that had the right property. Young showed positive growth and development which was the perfect fit to settle in. Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys training and competing her horses, passionate about her animals and working around her farm.
